Submit abstracts

The deadline for abstract submission 31st of DECEMBER 2025. The abstract should be written in English and sent using the form below.

All selected abstracts will be published in an online pdf format as a supplement of the official ESGE and EEL journal “Facts, Views & Visions in ObGyn” (https://fvvo.eu) which is indexed in PubMed.

Among the submitted abstracts, the scientific committee will select the best work in each category (best E-Poster, best oral communication, best video). Best video, poster and oral presentation Awards, with complimentary registration to one of the EEL Master Classes.

WES–EEL Award – The top 10 ‘Discovery Science’ abstracts will be reviewed in person at the congress by WES board members and ambassadors. The winner will receive complimentary registration to the WCE 2027 congress in Istanbul. 

Recommended structure:

• • The text itself will have a maximum of 300 words (maximum 2000 characters, not including the title, authors and affiliation)

• • Structure: Introduction, Methods, Results, Conclusion.

• • Tables, graphs and summary photos are not accepted

• • Abbreviations will be explained when they first appear in the text

• • A separate line must be inserted for a maximum of 3 keywords

• • The bibliography is not included in the text of the abstract.

IMPORTANT! You can submit your abstract either for as e-poster, for oral communication or best video session. The abstract committee will take a final decision about the presentation form of your abstract,

 

We will inform you about acceptance of your work by 31st January 2026.

In case of acceptance, please follow the instructions to submit your final, completed work. Once you receive an acceptance notification, the first author of the abstract must register and pay the registration fee, regardless of the type of presentation
